Conditions Générales de Vente

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Luceefer and its clients for the provision of automation and artificial intelligence services.

2. Services offered

Luceefer offers the following services:

Luceefer Pocket™: Personalized AI assistant for small businesses and freelancers (€666 - €990 excl. VAT)

Audit Flash ROI™: Mapping and costing of automatable processes (€3,900 excl. VAT)

Transformation Ops™: Automation of 3 to 5 processes (€14,800 - €29,800 excl. VAT)

Pilotage Care™: Ongoing maintenance and optimization (€990/month - €1,900/month excl. VAT)

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be added to the total amount according to current legislation.

Prices may be revised at any time for new orders. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order.

4. Order and payment

Order terms: The order is firm and final upon receipt of payment or signature of the quote.

Payment terms:

Online payment (credit card, bank transfer)

Payment in 2 installments possible for certain offers

For services > €10,000 excl. VAT: 50% deposit on order, balance on delivery

Payment deadline: Invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the project:

Luceefer Pocket™: 10 days

Audit Flash ROI™: 5 to 7 days

Transformation Ops™: 4 to 8 weeks

Any delay in delivery cannot give rise to damages or cancellation of the order, except in case of force majeure.

6. Intellectual property

Upon completion of the service and after full payment, the client becomes owner of the deliverables (prompts, automations, documentation) and may use, modify and distribute them freely.

Luceefer retains ownership of its methodologies, internal tools and know-how.

7. Guarantees

Audit Flash ROI™ Guarantee: If we do not identify at least €20,000 in potential annual gains, 100% refund.

Transformation Ops™ Guarantee: If the announced ROI is not achieved at 50% within 90 days, free adjustments until the objective is reached.

8. Liability

Luceefer undertakes to provide services in accordance with professional standards. However, Luceefer's liability is limited to the amount of the invoiced service.

Luceefer cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (loss of turnover, loss of data, etc.).

9. Termination

Pilotage Care™: Can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.

Other services: In case of cancellation by the client after start, amounts already paid remain acquired by Luceefer.

10. Data protection

Luceefer undertakes to respect the confidentiality of client data and to comply with GDPR. Data is never transmitted to third parties without explicit consent.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of T&Cs

Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
